Domestic Shipping.  FREE

Prosessing Times

Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekend and  public holidays. Once the item has been handed to a delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to customer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product. The average shipping time is within 4 day to 14 days.

Cancellations

After an order is submitted processing begins and order cannot be cancelled. If you have questions about cancelling orders please contact us.

Returns

Damaged Orders

Matlock&Waddy is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hand of the shipping carrier. If a product arrives damaged reach out to us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such any unathorized item for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
